Hedgehog SMS Updates
Hedgehog uses SMS to send service-related updates to customers who opt in.
Customers may receive text messages about yard-care quotes, scheduling, contractor arrival updates, job status, completion photos, payment confirmations, account updates, and support.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to request service or complete a purchase. Customers who do not opt in may receive updates by email or other available support channels when available.
