Services
Hedgehog operates a platform that helps connect customers with independent contractors for yard and exterior services. Hedgehog is not the direct provider of field services.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information submitted through the platform and may be adjusted if site conditions differ from what was provided. Final pricing will be communicated before service completion.
Scheduling
Scheduling windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, contractor availability, and demand. In many cases, appointments are coordinated within 24 to 48 hours, but timing is not guaranteed.
Payments
By submitting a booking request, you authorize Hedgehog and its payment partners to process payments for approved services according to provided pricing and applicable terms.
SMS Terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications related to service requests, scheduling, and account notifications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete contact, address, and service request information.
- Ensure reasonable and safe access to the property where services are requested.
- Review and approve quote details before work begins when approval is required.
Contractor Responsibility
Contractors available through the platform are independent contractors and are not employees of Hedgehog. Contractors are responsible for their own work quality, licensing, insurance, and compliance obligations.
Disputes
If you have a concern about service quality or billing, contact us promptly so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedgehog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or services coordinated through it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated or if misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
